Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
The Standard Queen Room provided a cozy space for our five-night stay. The staff were friendly, yet a lack of dining options disappointed us. Imagine enjoying breakfast in the lovely lounge. That would enhance the experience. Future guests should plan meals elsewhere.

Nicely decorated place, I liked very amiable personnel.
The hotel was a relaxing base for enjoying a relatively quiet area, short walk to the subway and the nicest neighbourhoods and good restaurants. The rooms were a nice size with tea/coffee and beautiful interiors, as example as described. Everything seemed excellent, fairly clean.

Fashionable, beautifully decorated unit with beautiful interiors, and incredibly friendly staff. Fantastic, lovely location in Manhattan district very close to subway to Times Square, good restaurants close by, and Central Park, Columbus circle. Also, close to everything.

My family with children enjoyed a comfortable stay. The room was clean and spacious, and we appreciated the friendly demeanor of the staff. We did encounter a few issues, we felt some noise from the lobby made it a bit challenging to relax and the check-in process could be more organized.
